Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Radhya Riti creates products with care and attention to detail. As a brand policy:
Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, Exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted only in specific cases such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odour will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team before using the product. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is unavailable.
