A. How does the delivery process work?
Once you place an order on the Radhya Riti website, our team begins processing it immediately.

3. The package is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
4. Your order is shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
B. What is the estimated delivery time?
1. Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.
2. We ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays.
Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations and assure you that we always strive for timely delivery.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Radhya Riti with the tracking details. You can use the tracking ID or AWB number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.

Yes, we deliver to locations across India.
B. Which locations do you ship to?
Radhya Riti ships to most serviceable pin codes across the country.
C. What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping, selectable during checkout.
D. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free across India.
E. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders.
F. How are orders packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition. Each product is securely packed in sturdy, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
G. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
1. Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed.
2. If the order has already been shipped and an address change is requested, the order will need to be re-shipped, and an additional charge of ₹150 will apply.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Radhya Riti offers international shipping to select destinations.
1. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
2. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to clear the shipment at the destination country.
3. Radhya Riti has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY (DAMAGED PRODUCTS)
1. Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged products.
2. Customers must share an uncut parcel-opening video of the product on our official WhatsApp number for verification.
3. Exchanges will be made for the same article and same colour, subject to availability.
4. If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product.
