2. When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

You receive an incorrect product, The product has a manufacturing defect, An item is missing from your package
Please note: returns or refunds cannot be processed for reasons like change of mind, sizing preferences, or color variations caused by screen settings.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To make the process quick and hassle-free:
Please record a clear, uncut unboxing video as soon as you receive your order, This helps us verify the issue and assist you faster, Requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.

4. Product & Packaging Condition
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, Original tags and packaging must be intact.

5. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected, Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method, For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details and process the refund accordingly, Refunds usually reflect within 7 working days.

6. Sale & Promotional Products
